The GLP-1 program

Sustainable weight loss, by a real provider — not an algorithm.

Semaglutide and tirzepatide, prescribed and supplied through a licensed compounding pharmacy, with monthly check-ins from someone who answers her own phone.

A note on what this program is

This program treats weight loss. Not diabetes, not blood sugar. People often feel better in other ways — steadier energy, fewer cravings, calmer eating — but those are downstream effects, not promises.

How the program works

Four steps. A real provider. A purpose-built tracker app.

01

Free consultation

A 15-minute chat. We talk goals, history, expectations, and whether the program is the right move right now.

02

Bloodwork + intake

Standard labs at your local Quest or LabCorp. We review results together. If something looks off, we pause and figure it out.

03

Month one supply

Compounded medication ships to your door from a licensed pharmacy. I walk you through the first injection in person if you want.

04

Real check-ins

Monthly check-ins by phone or in-person. We adjust dose, watch for side effects, and recalibrate as life changes.

Pricing

$300 – $700 per month, all in.

The range reflects medication choice and dose. We start at the lowest effective dose and adjust up only as needed — no overprescription, no upselling.

Eligibility & honesty

Things to know before you book.

GLP-1 medications aren't right for everyone, and that's a feature of a real program — not a bug. We'll talk through your history, current medications, and any conditions that need to be cleared first.

Side effects are real. The most common are nausea, fatigue, and changes in digestion, especially in the first 4–6 weeks. We adjust dose conservatively to keep you in your real life. You'll also need to commit to basic nutrition support, because muscle preservation matters as much as the number on the scale.

A note on language. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved. Results vary. We don't guarantee specific weight loss outcomes — anyone who does is selling, not treating.
