After eight years in healthcare, from nursing homes and medical-surgical nursing to my current work in the ICU, I wanted to create something that felt a little different: medically responsible care that was also approachable, convenient, and genuinely personal.
I built Valley Vitality Wellness around the belief that real care should meet you where you are, both literally and personally. That means bringing services to you when possible, working around real life, and taking the time to make sure you understand your options.
I believe you deserve to know what you’re putting into your body, why you’re using it, what you can realistically expect, and whether it actually makes sense for you. You can expect honest conversations, evidence-informed education, appropriate medical oversight, and no pretending that one treatment is a magic fix for everyone.
My job isn’t to sell you everything. It’s to help you figure out what actually makes sense for you.
