Channa Rist, BSN, RN.
Hi, I'm Channa. I built Valley Vitality Wellness to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and accessible wellness support — for the people I see every day in my own community.
I've spent fourteen years in Alaska healthcare. ICU. Med-surg. Bedside during COVID. Each chapter taught me something the next one needed — but they all left me with the same conviction: people deserve to be heard, educated, and empowered through their own health journey, not handed a chart and a five-minute appointment.
Valley Vitality is the version of care I wished I could give in a fluorescent-lit unit, but couldn't. Real visits. Real conversations. Real care, designed to fit real life.
Book a free consult with me →Approachable, personalized, realistic — not overwhelming.
Heard, then helped.
Every consult starts with listening. Your story shapes the plan, not the other way around.
Educated, not lectured.
I explain the why. You leave understanding what we are doing and why it makes sense for you.
Empowered, long after.
Sustainable habits beat ten-day cleanses. The goal is long-term confidence in how you feel.
Wellness I actually live.
Outside of work, you'll find me on a trail somewhere in the Chugach, half-buried in a wellness book, or arguing about the best place in Wasilla for a flat white. I'm a believer in both science-backed medicine and the slower, holistic side of feeling good.
My personal go-to drip is a Myers with extra magnesium. After ten days of subzero everything, it's the closest thing I've found to pressing reset.
